Another FB link that is totally AWESOME! Who says FB has no content? I love it!
This wonderful lady has given us the instructions on how to make a dozen different flavors of pop tarts! If you have kids you know you will be making a ton! These would be great too for the grownup - take some to the next pot luck, shower or get together and be prepared to be mobbed!
Flavors include fruits, berries (guess that is a fruit?), CHOCOLATE, spices and coffee.
So click the link over there and get to making me some pop tarts!!

Taralynn is so inspirational! Reading her mini bio I was nodding my head, thinking yeah been there, done that, still have the sweats! Her site is called Undressed Skeleton, which might make you say hmmm? but here's why she named her blog that:
Undressed Skeleton. I’m sure that name doesn’t strike your mind with a healthy thought on weight loss immediately. That’s understandable but you have to remember that there are two meanings of the word skeleton.
The first thing we think of when we hear the word “skeleton” are the bones in our body. The term of Skeleton I am referring to is the one that lived in my closet for so many years. The dark skeleton I was terrified to face who defeated me over and over again. It hid behind large sweatshirts, baggy sweatpants and cried in silence. The secret skeleton of a loss confidence.

In Step-by-Step she include many recipes that are healthy and look totally scrumptious! One is for cream cheese! I love cream cheese and now I can make my own in any flavor I want!
But there are many more recipes, hits, tips, suggestions to motivate people to live healthier lives and eat better without giving up taste and flavors.
Go check it out and see for yourself! Find your favorite recipe! Taralynn does a lot of baking without sugar so don't worry!

New challenge! Taralynn has a 365 day challenge going on and everyone is encouraged to join in.
Here is what she has to say about it:
It took me 365 days to finally feel happy in my own skin. It wasn’t easy but it did pay off. On the side of my blog I will be creating a new tab called “The 365 Day Challenge”.
The 365 Day Challenge will allow anyone who participates to express how they feel, what’s new, and find motivation through others. I will post your information and keep updates for readers. Every time I get an email to the 365 Day Challenge or tweet I will post them under your picture. I am also going to be participating!
Let's get busy!
Thanks for reading, Millie
