I have made at least a dozen blue jean skirts now and I have posted a tutorial so this is just some of the pictures of ones I have made.
This one is so cute - I have mainly made bubble style skirts - no hem making!! - and this one has a great leopard print skirt.

This one is technically a dress pant. I saw it at the Goodwill and love them! They are pink with different color tiny stripes (brown, darker pink and white) and I added this silky paisley print. The combo really looked awesome, this photo does not do it justice.
White jeans and purple suede. Totally awesome combination!
As usual Kristina was the original test market for these skirts. She likes long skirts though, not the short skirts like the ones above. She thought the first one I made was 'nice' until she wore it and realized she had POCKETS!! Most skirts do not have pockets but jean skirts do! Well, they do if the jeans had pockets....this skirt here only has tiny pockets which she discovered within 15 minutes. Still the combo of red jeans and the gloriously colored fall leaves on black sure makes up for the lack of pockets. Beautiful!
