I've gotten a lot of requests for baby booties and socks and such. So far we had not made any because I can never seem to get 2 items to turn out exactly the same. I decided to throw caution to the wind and make a pair or two but had no idea about sizing ect so to be safe I looked up a pattern. Gasp. I know I rarely use patterns as I prefer to make my own but when you make an item for the first time its good to have one.
Lionbrand is my favorite place for yarn and patterns so naturally I went there and found these great booties.

knowing me I can't follow directions. I ended up using cotton that I had on hand rather than the Vanna's choice but they still turned out amazing. I thought they were a little plain so I added a pretty trim. Unfortunately I sold the blue pair before I took pictures but I plan on making another pair to share with you, maybe even a dozen or so. I think I have the sizing down now so maybe in the future you will see some original patterns from me. Assuming there is something that hasn't already been done lol.
